New Delhi.

Sub: To Intervene / Dismiss  the recently  traditional and unconstitutionally formed  State Governments in various five states --

Hon'ble Sir, 

      This is to remind you that  I am continuously requesting and stressing upon very hard to  you since last many years that no governments (State  or Union Govt .of India) in our country are being formed properly adopting the procedure. In absence of knowledge because of which govts were falling before due times.

      The short cut adopted by  the president of India and the governors of various states results the unconstitutional formation of governments. None exercises the special power of desecration given in the constitution.

      Sir in U.P. a party has declared C.M. and two Dy C.M. in which there is no role of governor i.e. governor has not issued appointment letter to council of minister's on 18th March 2017. The governor of UP is sitting Idle after the election is declared on 11th instant of march 2017. Our Honorable governor did not try to search suitable hands to forms council of minister's i.e. the State Government. The governor did not try to induct the representatives (Elected MLA's by swearing in oath of constitution of India) to be the member of the house that is legislative assembly.  

     Sir not only the proper procedure is adopted in UP but a person with doubtful integrity and  so money serious criminal cases are pending against him as per the affidavit produced by him in MP election which is matter of proper investigation to be investigated by the governor from his own resources i.e. LIU etc. He is a brand leader of a party which has created many times religious mania / new sense may causes to leading to riots. A large section of public is annoyed, disturbed and terrorized by his act & the supremo of his party i.e. P.M.  who is also officially appointed by you has no right to indulge in the business / working of the governor of the state. You should immediately fix up PM for his unconstitutional & undemocratic act      

     Sir keeping in view of the above, your immediate intervention is required to stop the swearing in ceremony of the unconstitutional formation of the government in state. In Case if you fail to stop it you have no right to continue on the apex post of the Nation.
