Main Features / Draft demands or proposals of the Upcoming Youth Workshop & Conference

1) Declassify and disclose Transfer of Power agreement immediately.

2) Recognise Azad Hind Government as first independent government of Bangladesh, Bharat & Pakistan.

3) Remove external emergency.

4) Repel war criminal tag from Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose and Rash Behari Bose.

5) Disclose all files related to all the freedom fighters including Netaji & Shaheed-e-Azam untampered.

6) Come out from Commonwealth & dissolve it.

7) Return all the properties looted by the East India Company & British Imperialism after Palashy battle 1757 & Kohinoor diamond, peacock throne,etc.

8) All the British authorities including the queen, should apologize unconditionally for all the atrocities committed by them upon the people of Hindustan.

9) Victimised by partition, willing Benglee & Punjabi citizens should be provided dual citizenship in Bharat & Bangladesh and in Bharat & Pakistan.

10) Need to create a federation between Bangladesh,Bharat and Pakistan to rectify the problems faced after illegally partitioning the entire country.

11) SAARC should be strengthened and interest of the common people should be given top priority.

12) Review all the diplomatic ties with the capitalist and fundamentalist countries.

13) Break all the ties with World Bank, IMF and WTO.

14) Bring back all the money, saved in foreign banks. Disclose the names of the account holders. Disclose the names of the defaulters.
Return the wealth of Azad Hind Bank & its account.

15) Replace the colonial & religious education system with a secular, rational, scientific, value based & nature-human centric one.

16) Search & research commission must be formed to assess the true freedom fighter and to be reinstated them in the teal history of freedom struggle.

17) History needs to be re-written . Colonial history should be discontinued.

18) All the traitors, agents of foreign countries or companies, corrupt people should be punished irrespective of caste,religion or post.

19) Blue films, gambling, prostitution should be banned. Drugs , alcohol needs to be controlled.

20) No oppression in the name of good governance like AFSPA, UAPA,sedition act,etc should be tolerated.

21) Genetically modified crops should be banned completely. AKI treaty should be scrapped.

22) No privatisation of life insurance,banks,rail,defence should be tolerated. Protection of native people, fishermen , village people should be ensured.

23) Any bill or law those which are against the interests of workers,peasants,farmers should be scrapped. Like the MPs and Judges the workers should be allowed to declare their salaries.

24) Self-Determination of all the tribes should be accepted.

25) Scrap Reserve Bank of India Act 1934.

26) The post of Governor should be abolished.

27) Earning and profit should be controlled. Necessary items should be provided free of cost to the people. Corrupt and rich people should not be allowed to stand as a candidate.

28) Everybody should respect the diversity,secularist and socialist structure and culture of this land.

29) Military and paramilitary forces should not be used against the citizens. Pensions, promotions, salaries and other facilities of the soldiers should be transparent. Stop the corruption during recruitment . All the forces need to be organised.

30) All Power to be given to the hands of the People.
